Upcoming Projects & Community Initiatives
Mulonga Empowerment Organization is planning and developing the following initiatives to support vulnerable individuals, families and communities in Lusaka:
Education Support
Enrollment of children back into school: Supporting up to 100 children to return to school and continue their education.
Women & Youth Skills Development
Skills training: Providing different skills-training opportunities for women and youths in vulnerable communities of Lusaka, including communities such as Chibolya.
Agricultural Empowerment
Support for farming cooperatives: Providing up to 500 bags of fertilizer to women participating in agricultural farming cooperatives, subject to the availability of resources and partnerships.
Community Health & Social Activities
Community engagement activities: Conducting engagement talks and social activities with communities and at bus stations to promote awareness of health and social issues.
Household & Community Empowerment
Food support: Providing foodstuffs to households participating in our school sponsorship programmes, as well as supporting members, football teams, sex workers and men affected by various health and social challenges, as resources permit.
Hospital & Development Activities
Hospital and community development activities: Exploring initiatives that support people and communities through hospital-related and broader development activities, as resources and partnerships become available.
